The Modular Construction Team is dedicated to advancing the science and practice of off-site manufacturing and modular integrated construction (MiC). Our research interests span design for manufacture and assembly (DfMA), structural performance of modular connections, digital supply chain optimization, and lifecycle sustainability assessment of prefabricated systems. We aim to bridge the gap between architectural design, structural engineering, and industrial manufacturing, leveraging standardization and automation to deliver safer, faster, and more resource-efficient built environments.
